Enrolment modifications

2024–2025 Applications

September enrolment modifications: from 17th to 23rd September 2024 (via e-secretaria). Applications are resolved until 4th October 2024.

Enrolment changes requested within this period, which are accepted by the school, will result in the expedition of a new financial settlement.

 

Second semester enrolment reconsideration: from 13th to 15th January 2025 (via e-secretaria). Applications are resolved until 3 February 2025.

All changes in enrolment during this period must be accompanied by the enrolment change fee established in accordance with the Public Prices Decree approved by the Generalitat de Catalunya.

 

 Academic subjects renunciation:

  • first semester: until 31st October 2024
  • second semester: until 31st March 2025 (21st February MEC grant holders)
The academic subjects renunciation, which does not include the refund of the enrolment fee, cannot be of subjects which enrolment is mandatory because of the UPC and ETSAB academic regulations.
