Documentation to be submitted

Academic year 2022-23

 Please, carefully review the following information. It indicates the documents to be submited depending on your case. The documentation has to be sent by different channels (e-secretaria / demana / personally or by regular mail), depending on the type of document

The deadlines are indicated in each case:
-Before enrolment and allways until 23 September if it impacts in the payment of tuition fees. 

- Until 28 October if it has no economic impact.

New students

Depending on the home university 

  • Graduates from UPC do not need to provide documentation.
  • Graduates from Spanish universities must submit the following documentation by 28 October:
        1. Identity card (1 of 3):
            • DNI, NIE: This document have to be uploaded to  e-secretaria > document input(open in new window)
            • Passport: This document has to be sent via Students / Enrolment > MBLandArch. Master's Degree in Landscape > General information
        2. Diploma or certificate of payment of the issuing fees (compulsory in order to be able to formalise the enrolment). 
        3. Transcript of records  showing the subjects taken with the grades and the number of credits/hours for each of the subjects and the overall average mark.If the certificate does not contain this information, it will be necessary to provide an official document to prove it.
Depending on the format of documents 2 and 3:
    • If these documents can be validated electronically, submit them via Students / Enrolment > MBArch. Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Architecture-Barcelona > General information
    • If these documents CANNOT be validated electronically, submit them in person or by regular mail to our Office(open in new window).

  • Graduates from a foreign university must submit by October 28h:
        1. Identity card (1 of 3):
            • DNI, NIE: This document have to be uploaded to  e-secretaria > document input(open in new window)
            • Passport: This document has to be sent via Students / Enrolment > MBLandArch. Master's Degree in Landscape > General information

        2. Diploma or certificate of payment of the issuing fees - compulsory in order to be able to formalise the enrolment - (legalized(open in new window) through diplomatic channels if it corresponds) and officially translated into Catalan or Spanish. 
        3. Transcript of records  showing the subjects taken with the grades and the number of credits/hours for each of the subjects and the overall average grade. (legalized(open in new window) through diplomatic channels if it corresponds) and officially translated into Catalan or Spanish.
        4. Certificate of equivalence of average grades from university studies carried out in foreign centers issued by the Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional, signed by the student.The request has to be made through the website of the ministry MEFP(open in new window) where all the information can be found. To resolve any doubts or queries about issuing the document, please contact the Ministry directly. The procedure is online and free of charge. You must sign this document by hand or electronically.
 Depending on the format of documents 2, 3 and 4:

      • If these documents can be validated electronically, submit them via Students / Enrolment > MBLandArch. Master's Degree in Landscape > General information
      • If these documents CANNOT be validated electronically, submit them in person or by regular mail to our Office(open in new window).

All students entitled to discounts (new access and previously registered, nationals or residents)

Depending on the discounts you are eligible for

        • Large family card:
          • If you were already an UPC student and have applied for your card in Catalonia, it is not necessary to hand in your documents. Please check with the e-secretaria(open in new window) that the information is correct. 
          • If you have applied outside Catalonia or you come from another university, you will need to submitt the document at e-secretaria > document input(open in new window)Remember! the card must be in force at the time of registration.
        • The following discounts must be received in person or by postal mail at the Etsab's Office before registration in order for the discount to apply. Supporting documents cannot be sent by e-mail or demana as they contain sensitive data
              • Degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%: Delivery of a certificate from the Catalan Institute of Social Assistance and Services or equivalent organization in the rest of the Spanish Autonomous Communities
              • Being a victim, spouse, son or daughter of a victim of terrorist acts: Photocopy of the administrative resolution that establishes this condition. Sons, daughters and spouses must also provide the family book.
              • Being a victim of gender violence, or dependent son or daughter: The documents proving the situation, according to the price decree, and the family register book in the case of children.
