Enrollment procedure

After admission, you need to make your enrollment. To do this, send us an email requesting your enrollment during the enrollment dates.

If the admission to the Program occurs after the enrollment period, you can enroll later, on the agreed date.

Enrollment dates

From 4th to 8th October 2021

Complementary courses. If a doctoral student must attend additional courses (in masters’ subjects), he/she must consult the period of enrollment for the master program. Please, check the master’s offer and enrollment period.

Documents to be delivered

You can register entirely online, due to the COVID pandemic. But later, when you can, you will have to come to our Doctorate Office and show us all the required original academic documents, indicated below. 

Please note that you will not get your PhD Degree without having done so. Our address

Academic documents

  • Bachelor's and master's Degrees
  • Academic transcripts (courses taken and marks obtained)

Original or certified copies, legalised and translated if the documents have been issued out of the European Union. See the section on  legalisation of documents and qualifications).
