Rules (English)

Purpose

Lockers are a service provided by the School to its students to facilitate the temporary storage of academic and personal belongings related to their activity at the campus.

Locker Reservation

  1. Locker reservation is free of charge.
  2. Reservations are personal and non-transferable, and can only be made through the application provided by the School.
  3. Each student is only allowed to use one locker.
  4. Lockers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until all available units are taken.
  5. Transferring, sharing, or allowing use by unauthorized third parties may lead to the revocation of the reservation.

Use of Lockers

  1. Users are responsible for locking their locker using their own padlock, as well as for ensuring the proper and respectful use of the facilities.
  2. The School is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any items stored inside the lockers.

Prohibited Items

It is strictly prohibited to store the following in the lockers:

  • Flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials, chemicals or hazardous substances, weapons, illegal substances, or any objects that may pose a risk to people or facilities.
  • For safety reasons, leaving lithium batteries inside the lockers overnight, during weekends, or outside the center's opening hours is not permitted.
  • The School reserves the right to take any necessary measures upon the detection of prohibited or potentially dangerous items.

Termination of Use

  1. Lockers must be emptied and vacated when requested by the School at the end of the academic year.
  2. Once the established deadline has passed, the School may proceed to open any lockers that remain occupied.
  3. Any items left inside after the deadline will be considered abandoned and may be removed, recycled, or destroyed without any right to claim.
  4. The School reserves the right to revoke reservations and reassign any lockers found to be vacant or not being effectively used, in order to guarantee their availability for other students.
  5. Likewise, under exceptional circumstances, the School may require the temporary or definitive emptying of the lockers at any time due to construction work, maintenance, space reorganization, or emergencies.

Acceptance of Regulations

The reservation and use of a locker imply full acceptance of these regulations and any instructions the School may establish for its proper operation.
